[...] For the week that Conrad's music is featured in the Out of Action show, his diary is full: evenings devoted to his film and video work, studio visits at nearby CalArts, and even a live date at Spaceland, the reigning venue-of-the-season in perennially bohemian Silver Lake. Here, Conrad and Galenscer take the stage following a lengthy set by Mayo Thompson's Red Krayola.
